How do you disable Top Hits in Mail?

I want to make Top Hits disappear in Mail as it always brings up old emails and adds confusion to a search. I would just rather not have it there. Can't see any way to turn it off in the settings though, so I'm guessing it's not possible...? I'm running Ventura 13.4 on a 2020 27-inch iMac
