My business is showing permanently closed?

Apple is doing this to small businesses over and over again. And yes you can submit a correction, but if it keeps happening it's a problem. A client of mine has this problem, and has corrected it multiple times, only to have Apple change it back to being permanently closed. We've also had our hours changed to what they were 5 years ago. This is not a harmless mistake. It is causing real harm to real businesses. We've had customers call thinking we are closed. How many customers don't call and simply don't come. Please STOP harming small businesses, Apple. I am BEGGING you.

P.S. I am an Apple user - I have had Macs since the early 2000s, and purchased the first model of iPhone, and still have an iPhone. I've also owned an iPad and an iTouch in the past as well (I still have an old model iPad and iTouch, but haven't upgraded because I don't have need for them). I'm one of your early adapters, Apple. Please don't make me hate you just about the Maps app.

If you're using a browser to access the business connect portal there is an icon at the bottom left of the window. It is a circle that contains your first and last initial. If you click on it, a menu will pop up with a support option on it. Very hard to find!!

Hi... Are you still having the same issues? I was told by one of the Apple Business Connect support reps that they changed my listing to Permanently Closed due to the fact that I do not have a storefront. I told them I am a photographer with a home studio where clients can come to be photographed. But they said that doesn't count as a store. Meanwhile, there is another photographer less than 1/4 mile away in the same neighborhood who is listed with hours, and with Yelp links. <<shrug>>
