Locate stolen iPhone

Someone stole my sister's iPhone 6 Plus, and I would like to locate the phone using the IEM number. Please help.

You can only track a phone if Find My was enabled on it. You cannot track a phone with just IMEI.

Click here for information; neither you nor Apple can locate it through the IMEI, and the wireless carriers generally only will as part of the search for a missing person.
