Activation lock help
Hello, I have an iPhone 5s that I would like to give to my mom. However, I haven’t used the phone in years, so I tried to restore the factory phone to give it to my mom, but the phone is asking me for an activation lock. Still, when I enter my current Apple ID and password, I get a message telling me that my current Apple ID cannot be used to unlock y phone. I don’t know what to do. Please, if anyone can help me, I would truly appreciate thank you
