MacBook Air keeps crashing minutes after starting

Hello everyone, please I need a solution to this problem. Every time I start the mac on both volumes (I use Bootcamp), seconds or even minutes after it randomly crashes. On the mac when I restart I don't receive the crash report notification, but when I go to the Console I see that there are some errors and the one that best fits the time that the mac crashed is the one below, but I don’t think this is what is making it crash.

Please someone help me, I don't know how to read or correctly interpret what this report says, so I couldn't do much, but I already tried to reset the SMC, the NVRAM and I already booted in Safe Mode, and the only time I did that I waited for 10 minutes and it didn't crash. I also tried repairing the disk and volumes in the utility and also diagnosing in Option+D but it didn't work. And when I start on Windows it's the same thing, but when I start an application that seems to be heavier on Windows like a game, it seems to crash instantly.

Yeah it said it did not find any errors.

And yes this is recent from two days ago. The day before these crashes I reallocated some of the storage from the macOS volume to Windows, and then there was a problem because it had converted the macOS volume to a type that was not APFS and I could no longer access the Macintosh, but I managed to solve it on the same day on Windows using gdisk. This probably messed with something else on both volumes that is causing these crashes, but I don't know much of what to do other than what I already did and format the disk, which I really don’t want to do.
