Upper/Lower case letters on song/album titles, and another artist with same name appearing on my Apple Music for Artists.

My band have a single releasing on 24/06/2023 and an EP releasing on 08/07/2023. We have access to our Apple Music For Artists and used Distrokid as our distributor. Our song titles were submitted all lower case and the EP title in all capitals. Apple Music/iTunes have standardised the lettering for everything (no other streaming services have done this) and I was wondering if it was possible to change this.

Also, when editing our Apple Music For Artists page (cover photo etc.) I noticed another band, who have the same name, appeared on our page. They have a release on 30/06/2023 - I was also wondering if they separate upon our respective releases.
