I need to remove a specific email address so that I no longer accidentally send to that address which is incorrect.

My boss has a new email address & an old email address. He does not want any more emails accidentally sent to his old email address. Is there a way to remove it as an option?

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 12.6

If you are using Mac's Mail and its companion Contacts app you should be able to open Contacts and delete the old email address. If you are using another email app then the same thing applies if you open its address book.
