Can you fix this problem we’re users of iPhone but still use 12.5.7or others we can not use some of apps of our device not support some applications we need updates in iPhone 6 , 6+ so on you need to fix this

An iPhone 6/6 plus can't be updated beyond 12.5.7, it doesn't have the hardware needed to run anything higher.
If you need a higher iOS version, you will have to purchase a newer phone.
