music in family sharing is not working

I know right?! Is it only me or when I play any playlist / album or track from my library it stays on 0:00 and doesn’t go on? Everything works perfectly on my Windows PC but not on my iPhone 12. Is it the same thing for you? someone told me I have to de-activate the library sync option but i’ll lose all the music i had in it. smh
