Oops - didn’t work.
I want my phone to ring when I receive phone calls from certain people but not audible sounds when I receive texts from those people.
I am trying to set up a situation for members of my family in case of an emergency.
My family posts texts at all hours of the night.

You go to your settings and click do not disturb button and then you click on certain people you want to allow during Do not disturb
