I have a problem downloading the latest version of iOS on my iPhone 7 Plus

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15

Hello ~ If you are referring to iOS 16 your 7 plus can only be updated to iOS 15.7.6 but no higher. In order to use iOS 16 you will need a newer device iPhone 8 and up for instance.

What happens when you try? You can’t get iOS 16 if that is what you mean.
