How do I reset my Apple email account?
How do I reset my apple email account? I can't remember the password. Just for your info, the Icloud email isn't my Apple ID.

An Apple account IS an iCloud address. If you have one of the older Apple accts like me.com or mac.com, those should be linked to your Apple ID:

I'm afraid we are not working with enough information to answer in more detail. We are at the guessing stage. More detals of what is happening and the actual domains may help but, for security reasons, DO NOT post an entire email address.
