how to move a row in excel

I am on matchbook ventura 13.4. I just want to drag and drop to rearrange/move rows in an excel spreadsheet. I have highlighted the row but can find now way to drag and drop/ relocate it

I found a work around. I should be able to, but can't simply click the row and drag to a new location. My work around is to insert a NEW blank row where I plan to move the row then I copy and paste it there and then go back and DELETE the old row I took it from. Just seems I should be able to drag and drop... that would be fewer steps..
