Unanswered FaceTime group video call remains active

I received an incoming group FaceTime call and didn't answer because the number is unknown to me. Now, the green indicator on my iPhone 12 continues to show the camera as active, and I can't delete the "Tap to Join" button in the Active window.

How do I get rid of this Active call?

Join Button on Facetime My friend missed called me on Facetime. I tried to missed call him too after that. After I called him, I immediately end the call. That time, I saw “Join” button appeared instead of Video Call logo. Can the “Join” button appear in private message? As far as I know, it can only appear in group chat. What is this mean? Could it be that it indicates he is in another call with another person?

When you encounter such issue where you are not given any option. Please take two simple steps immediately.

Restart the device.
Force Close the App (in your case Safari)

I don't have Safari open on iPhone, but I have force restarted the iPhone and the active FaceTime group call and green camera indicator remain.
