I am being billed 4.95 per month from PEACOCK. I do not have an account and there is no phone number to call them? There is also no way to reach them without an account?

I had an account that was successfully closed out through Apple back in Aug of 2022. The new billing just started up in May of this year for no reason!

If the subscription is being billed through your Apple account, you can see it and cancel it per this guide:

If you are getting charges but don't have any subscription, see in here:

I hope everything is well. You can still reach them even if you don’t have an account, just go to www.getsupport.apple.com and their phone number is available at their website which is www.apple.com.


Regarding the charges, since you’ve confirmed that your Apple ID account is closed back August. I would suggest to:


  1. Check your statements if there are other transactions that you don’t recognize.
  2. To ask family members or room mates who might have use your card. If none of them use it, then you might wanna try to discuss the matter with your bank.
