Hi guys, since I upgraded my Macbook to MacOS Ventura 13.4, I haven't been able to drag the text box under the Markup function. Has anyone else also experienced this and are there any solutions? Thank you!

An update- It finally worked after I quit the app and relaunched it. Maybe it was one of the problems that can only be solved by restarting. Thanks for your help.

I have no trouble dragging and I use this a lot. As you move your cursor there is a small area where it turns into a hand. Maybe it’s hard to hit the spot, depending on size or resolution, but it should work.
It is sometimes a pain to grab and drag, but should be possible. It tends to go into editing the text, then you are just dragging the selection.
Thanks Luis but I am still not able to make it work. The cursor does turn into a hand but no matter how hard I hit the trackpad and drag it, it just won't move. And it used to work very well before I upgraded the system.
Thanks Barney, but it is not still not working no matter how hard I try. I drag it after the cursor turns into a hand (like I always do) but the box just doesn't go anywhere.
