Heart rate not displaying during Apple Fitness Dance

My heart rate is not displaying on my Apple TV when I am doing an Apple Fitness Dance routine. It doesn't display on my Watch either. When the workout starts, it first displays a very high heart rate which I know is inaccurate, like 120. Then as I start the routine, the heart rate is grayed out and never displays again during the workout. Once I stop the workout and look at my heart rate on the watch, it takes the heart rate again which seems accurate. I like to monitor my heart rate during a workout and can't do this with my Apple Watch. Occasionally it will work, but for 95 % of the time, no. 3 days ago it worked, but at my latest workout, it never displayed my heart rate. Grayed out the entire workout. I don't know how it can display my heart health accurately on my phone if it is not taking my exercise heart rate. Fitness Tracking, Health, and iCare Health Monitor are all turned on on my phone, also turned on on the watch. Apple Watch Series 6. All iOS up to date.
