nanoleaf lightbulbs

i feel like these lightbulbs were a waste of money . I should not have keep resetting everything at least three times a month to make the bulbs work . I get all sorts of errors from Siri stating that the light bulbs are not responding to light bulbs just not lighting . I followed all the advice I dined in the community here . Nothing works . Wish I can get my money back for the 6 bulbs I bought . And no , it’s not my Wi-Fi connection as the advice suggests . I’ve tried everything. If someone out there can fix it , I would greatly appreciate it .

Not helpful. I think I’ve tried everyone’s suggestions and nothing helps . I should not have to work hard to get these light bulbs to work with Siri …and keep in mind that Apple approved devices. ( they have them in their stores) I’ve checked with Att, I’ve tried everything and these devices that paid money for don’t work . I have to keep resetting and nothing helps . Siri keeps saying , “I’m having trouble connecting”. , I’m so losing faith in Apple and with their approved devices . All - I’ve done everything to correct the issue and nothing helps . Do not buy Nanoleaf ! I’ve them for 8 months and still experiencing the same .

I’m having the same issue with Matter-enabled Nanoleaf A19 bulbs. They were very difficult to set up and get working with the Home app but they worked for 36 hours or so and then began not responding. I can only control them through the Nanoleaf app and not Siri or the Home app.

I deleted the devices from the app, deleted and reinstalled the Nanoleaf app, factory reset the bulbs, and it still doesn’t work. Nanoleaf said to try again with all but one HomePod or Apple TV 4K unplugged and reinstall the bulbs one at a time. I tried that and it didn’t work. At this point, I’ve had the bulbs for 3 days and am ready to send them back.

Nanoleaf lightbulbs are listed in Apple's "Home app - accessories" :

wondering if your lights are one of the several compatible varieties listed.

Re: it’s not my Wi-Fi connection

To use the Home app, seems it needs to be turned on in iCloud.

You can check through the set-up if you wish:
