How do I delete Phone Cleaner AI stuck in my subscriptions, it has no delete button

Thanks for your reply Kurtosis. However, this is my fault: it’s not a subscription. The subscription was not renewed and I cannot delete the page asking me to renew it. There isn’t any type of x or cancel button on it. Does anyone know how to delete it? Many thanks.

PS. The only buttons there are buttons to renew it and I don’t want to do that.
