It’s very frustrating to me because a lot of the replies hint at the update, being “normal usage, and it will calm down after 48 hours.“ it’s been weeks now. My battery drainage has gone from never, ever having to charge my phone during the day, and still having almost 50% at 11 o’clock at night to having 50% at noon. The usage is the same. I have not added any apps and have not changed the way I use my phone. I appreciate your clear cry for help! I continue to turn off apps and delete apps that I’m not using often but I don’t really notice much difference.

It’s 10 AM and my battery usage was down to 85% in a two hour window where I checked the weather once in my calendar twice. No other apps were open.

Ever since the emergency update my 14 pro max battery drains like a sink basin. I used to go all day and evening wo worries of a low battery. NOW it is in the 30’s by noon and teens by 2pm!! I thought maybe it would improve with 16.5 (20F66) update but no it is still horrible. Apple should’ve had this issue fixed by now!! Incredibly disappointing one **** update could mess up a wonderful phone. C’mon Apple, what gives?
