Cannot touch or delete

Hi dear folks,

I have two files on my macbook's desktop. One of them is pdf file and other is a folder (both of them are personal). Both of them was created by me (I'm trying to avoid that these files were not came from internet or etc.) Before, I had many files on my desktop, and I deleted most of them including these. However, I recently deleted more in order to organize my desktop. I noticed that these 2 files still here on my desktop. Cannot touch (when I click it, nothing happens, it feels like it belongs to wallpaper). When I open a finder, and if I go through finder to desktop, these files are not showing, but only showing to direct desktop itself. When I change the wallpaper, it's still there. When I use stacks, it moves other folders, but not these. Could anyone help please. Thank you.

Have you tried rebooting the computer...

Have you tried from a Safeboot  How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

login and try from there. Reboot as normal.
