I have bought a brand new iPhone from ebay which says Unlocked , I have bought from ebay Australia to send to Egypt, I have tested it here in Sydney, Was working perfect, But after I sent to my brother in Egypt, When insert sim card, it gives message which means it locked by unknown carrier, How can I unlock this iPhone?

I'm having the same issue. The phone does not specify which carrier it is locked to. Apple is no help. My carrier can't help either. It's like the phone is bricked.
