I've tried multiple devices, iPad, Roku and Chromecast. All of the MLS games from Jun 3rd are missing the full replay OR the full replay will not play. When I run the 'troubleshooting' it says 'No problems could be detected. Try again later'.
I am having this exact issue and it just started this Wed.
I got two games going but one cut out at 55min and the other around 20min. I got the error "problem loading this content" over a black screen.
Looks like they need to work on their encoding and distributing setup.
I just checked a game from May 31st and the full replay is there, it loads, and allows me to fast forward. I am thinking their June 3rd full replays got messed up, and that is why the option for full replays are missing. I bet the next batch of games will work.
