How do I stop my apps from rearranging when I have not moved any?

How can I rearrange apps on my iPhone 16 Home Screen? Hi, I had my apps arranged so I could see the picture on my home screen, but somehow, two boxes of apps have moved right in front of the picture. When I press and hold to drag the apps back to their places, the phone now puts something in their (wrong) places and leaves two spaces where they should be, empty. Does anyone what to do?
