how do I know what iCloud plan I have and does it cover all my apple products. thank you for helping this older lady

Check your iCloud storage usage online or on any device --> Check your iCloud storage on iCloud.com - Apple Support

It covers all devices you own (up to 10) that are signed in with your ID.
