If you are talking about iCloud storage, you don’t have to do anything. Any device that is signed into your Apple ID will automatically share the storage. iCloud storage is tied to your Apple ID, not a particular device.

If you are asking about the physical storage, you can’t share that nor can you increase it on an iOS device. You are limited to what was on the device when you bought it.
