I would like to forward a text to a company to report it as a scam

Is my iPhone at risk after responding to a scam text? I’ve been getting texts from numbers like “63109” claiming the she is my health benefits rep and to reply Stop if I want it to stop. I usually delete and report to junk but I always get another, without thinking I text back stop cause I was so annoyed. Then it hit me that it could be a hack and I just replied and handed over my phone to a hacker. Is this possible? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Phishing text messages and previewing it. So today I got a message saying Postal service and I need to readd my address so they can deliver. I was cautious at first since the other day I ordered clothes and paid for express delivery. So I was wondering if it was them. But, at the same time, the company had a different number. So I previewed the link (Holding the link), but I didn't press it. Would I be vulnerable to hacking or any viruses?

Open the message and hard press on it and options should appear. Tap More. Tap the forward arrow. Enter the address you want to send it to.

Thank you very much, it's worked. I had tried this before, but wasn't pressing hard enough.
