New 4K remote works fine with except volume control. My previous (older) Apple TV’s worked fine in this area.

My new Apple TV 4K works great in all aspects. However, I can’t get the remote volume control to change the volume. With two previous and older Apple TV’s, with the same equipment worked fine. Even the volume control. Thanks

A remote restart, as described, should fix that.
