Why does screen time limits keep disappearing on iPhone?

Help….. why do out screen time limits keep disappearing, it’s very frustrating that i constantly have to reset them! Anyone have any suggestions?

Screen time limits not working Can someone provide me with some help for the screen time limits. They don’t seem to be working. I’ve tried turning screen time on and off, turning the phone on and off, ensuring the apps aren’t set to always allow, and ensuring that each app has a specific time limit. Even after the limit, they’re still accessible.

I have the same problem, happens when child asks for 1 minute time on two different games, then it just resets. I have complained but apple tells me it's user error
