I cannot seem to connect my HP Design Jet to MY 13" MacBook Pro..I am connecting Via USB.. It shows Printer is ONLINE with the green Light but when I try and print a test page The Light turns amber and says Printer Not Found.. I " THINK" I have downloaded all the drivers.
Any Help would be appreciated
That is a very old plotter. Our organization still has a couple of them which are still working, but I'm not sure what version of macOS is being used with them. Plus our plotters are on the network, so I'm not sure if that would make any difference.
My guess is you will need to use the CUPS driver.
What drivers have you installed and configured? Also, what version of macOS are you using?
