i cloud strorage did not upgrade after payment

"i cloud strorage did not upgrade after payment: i paid for i cloud upgaradation and also created a mandate for it, but storage is not upgraded"

Log out of all of iCloud on all of your devices, and then log back in, one-device-at-a-time. Perhaps it all needs to resync?
