Phone case replacement

I need my 2 most recent phone case purchased replaced due to sudden damage.

Did you purchase these cases directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller? If so, and you did you within the last 14 days, you should be able to return them for either a full refund or replacement. If after that timeframe, they would need to be examined by an Apple Technician to determine if they have a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, you can certainly replace them at your cost.
