MLS APPLE + Poor Quality

I decided to join MLS apple tv broadcasting because I thought it was going to be a great experience knowing that most of your products are flawless… but so far i’m extremely disappointed, the sad part is that you make it sound as the problem might be a third party provider but this has nothing to do with our internet service provider.

I can confirm this is a very specific issue with Apple MLS broadcasting because I do not experience anything like this with any other streaming service or other platforms that i’m using.

Issues : Image quality(very bad ) noise background not leveled with commentators voice+ constant freezing of image, you name it .

I paid for yearly subscription,

if i had know i would’ve never signed on for this not at this price. The quality is not there yet.

The MLS broadcast sound quality is horrible. Background noise and music is too loud. Camera quality compared to top leagues is substandard as well. Is Apple listening?

2. If your cellular connection is poor, connect to Wi-Fi instead.*
3. Try watching on a different device using the same Wi-Fi or cellular connection. If it doesn't work, contact your internet service provider to see if there's an issue with your network.
4. If other people are using Apple TV+ or Apple TV channels, make sure it doesn't exceed the limits for streaming on multiple devices."

Thanks for replying but that guidance has nothing to do with the actual issue. The audio is terrible on every broadcast. For as good as Apple is with everything else, it’s embarrassing how bad it is and that it’s not being addressed.

Same. If I use full quality (HD), the picture quality if great but then the frame freezes every few seconds. If I “Limit Playback to SD” via the settings the frame does not freeze, but picture quality is terrible.

On Hulu I’m getting good picture quality (not as good as ATV on HD, but still pretty good), and NO frame freeze.

Between this and not being able to just purchase the season for the one team I actually watch (who is watching tons of MLS?), I will not be buying the next season. Apple is dropping the ball, big time.
