How to update Expiry Date and CVV in Apple Wallet on my MacBook

My AmEx recently expired, so I've now got a new card with a new expiry date and CVV, but the long card number remains the same. I've tried to add the new card to my Apple Wallet on my MacBook by deleting my previous card and adding the new details, including the expiry date and CVV. Unfortunately, this information isn't saved, and whenever I try to make a payment on the MacBook, Apple Wallet auto populates with the old expiry date and CVV. Is anyone else experiencing this, and how do I fix this?

So it turns out the issue wasn't the Apple Wallet or cache; it was autofill. The details can be changed here:

Safari > Settings > Autofill > Credit card > Edit
