Using Move to IOS to transfer whatsapp chats

Hey folks, can someone please help me in this issue I have been facing. I just got my first ever iPhone and I wanted to transfer my whatsapp chats from android to iphone. I did the exact steps as mentioned in the Apple's offical video and yet I am unable to complete the process. It takes about 30 minutes to prepare cats, and as soon as the bar reaches 100% in my android an unknown error message pops up. This has happened atleast 5 times. I even deleted my whatsapp and reduced the data from 7 GB+ to just 5.4 GB. I will be really grateful if someone can help me find a way around this
