If you want to change the country or country-like region for your Apple ID account,
then that is possible, as described here: Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support.
- You can’t take subscriptions through Apple with you when changing countries. You will have to cancel and resubscribe.
- You can’t take any account balance on your Apple ID account with you when changing countries.
- You will need a new payment method as issued in the new country.
- Any digital purchases you have made (music, movies, ebooks, etc.) may not be available for online access in the new country, or have different properties (e.g. movie languages).
It is really intended for users that go live in a different country for an extended time.
