Recover videos from review personal videos

I don’t know what “review personal videos” means.

Presumably we’re talking about Apple’s ecosystem.

Videos can be reviewed at Photos > Albums > Videos. If you delete videos from there, they should be recoverable from “Recently Deleted”.

This is option from the settings --- General --- iphone Storage ( please check the attached image)

Is there anyway to recover if we removed an video from phone. Please help...
