when I try to open the option for Georgia to add my digital drivers license it just keeps loading then times out. Everything else works in my wallet. All updates are up do date. My husband is having the same problem with his phone too

Yes, it was supposed to be up and running on May 18, but things like this can be slower than expected. It is also possible that the system is up, but the server is overloaded. Maryland was supposed to be up this month as well, and we've seen posts from other users saying it's not.

Sounds like the server is overloaded. All that you can do is keep trying. Try very late at night or very early in the morning.
You can contact Apple Support, but they will tell you the same thing.

DMV says it’s been accepted but don’t see it going to my wallet. Also talked to Apple and they were no help.
