Can’t get into Apple ID on iphone but can on iPad

ScreenTime uses it’s own passcode, which is completely separate and in addition to your phone’s “unlocking / startup” passcode.

If you did not configure it yourself, check with others who might have. (e.g. Family Organizer, Employer, etc)

If the AppleID section on your phone is “grayed-out” it possibly indicates that a ScreenTime restriction is in place.
