My iphone was stolen and now that battery is dead I can no longer track it. I've deleted my financial information (wallet) info. What else do I need to do?
Im guessing I need to erase the phone. Is there a way to retrieve my info/photos/etc that were not backed up to icloud? I was being cheap and didn't want to spend the extra $ for additional icloud storage.

Furthermore, If you do not have a backup file created, either on iCloud or on a computer (Mac or Windows), then you do not have a backup file to restore your data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc. from, then you will have lost that data permanently.

Unfortunately, if the battery is dead, you will be quite limited in what you can actually do at this point.
Unfortunately, no, you cannot retrieve photos from a stolen phone. You didn't have to pay money for extra cloud storage, you could have backed them up to your computer.
