I have no idea how this happened, suddenly I have become profile: This-Should-Suffice
I have tried to change the name, tried to figure out how to merge this profile with my real name ect. I don't have a clue how I managed to do this or if it was made by someone else? Ugh. I really am a person who wants this community to know I am not hiding anything nefarious.

I just checked what is showing publicly in your profile and there is literally nothing - so no need to worry. You don't have to show anything and you can use whatever username you want. You are not supposed to reveal any personal information. The only people who can make changes are the moderators and we do not know why they make changes.
