How do I view my photos after downloading all photos from my iPhone 12 to a photo stick if I do not have a computer or lap top?

You cannot download to anything other than PC/Mac
Cloud Drives are other options. Save it on Files App (Any Cloud Drives (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, Flickr, box, AmazonDrive, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc)
iCloud Drive will preserve the resolution of Photos/Videos.
