preview bug - can't open google drive file by double click - works fine in download folder or Open from Preview [Ventura]

Hello,

I can't open files (PDF or images) from my google drive folder with preview. It used to work, unsure if it happened since ventura (13.3.1a)

It opens the preview app, but don't show anything. If I open the file from Preview > File > Open > /googledrive/picture.png it works

Or if I copy the picture to ~/user/downloads/picture.png it works too.

I use Google drive "mirror", so it's real files on my disk drive taking 2MB per image, not virtual links.

Do you know this problem ? Is it possible to get logs to find the problem ?
