Are you signed into the iTunes Store with the same Apple ID that you're using to setup your HomePod? Follow the steps below for help with signing in and out of the iTunes Store on your phone.
- "Open the Settings app.
- Tap Sign in to your [device].

3. Enter your Apple ID and password.
4. If prompted, enter the six-digit verification code sent to your trusted device or phone number and complete sign in."
