Is it possible to refund entire iTunes Library?

Now that Apple has Apple Music, the App Store, Apple Arcade, etc. all as separate apps, what is the point of using the iTunes Store anymore? Is it possible that I could fully refund or partially refund all my old iTunes purchases and/or possibly get a refund as a credit toward an Apple Music or Apple One subscription? With all the features of Apple Music and Apple's other new apps, there doesn't seem to be a point in buying mp4 files or other media from iTunes when I can download various content through one of Apple's subscription plans.

I tried submitting a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com but it seems like Apple doesn't go as far back as the current year when submitting refund requests through the site.

Any help or information about this would be great. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

There are still Apple / iTunes muzik users who like to purchase music via iTunes Store and do not use an AppleMusic subscription.

I still regularly buy music from the iTunes Store.

If you have purchased music from iTunes Store, it is a final purchase.

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.

Refunds are not guaranteed. For more information, see the Terms & Conditions.

If you still need help, get support from Apple directly -> Get Support or call Apple in your region see -> Contact Apple for support and service or check -> here for more support and assistance.

  1. If you ever stop paying the monthly fee for Apple Music, you lose all access to the music. On the other hand, things you've purchased from the iTunes Store are not subject to a monthly fee.
  2. You can back up your iTunes Store purchases to a hard drive. In the event that Apple ever removes those songs from Apple Music and the iTunes Store, you will still have access to them.

No, you can't get a refund. Technically, all digital sales from Apple are final. They do allow refunds on a case by case basis. They might give you a refund for a couple of songs that you bought in error or which had corrupted files, which is why they only go back a short time. But they are not going to refund you for your entire library just because you now subscribe to Apple Music.
