Is it normal to have many crashes report

Is it normal to have many crashes report just after a fresh installation of MacOS Ventura 13.4 ?

Haven't use any app yet to be honest. I just installed a few app from App Store and rest are Apple applications. But when I run Etrecheck, many crashes are reported already. LOL. is it really normal ?

Those may not be real crashes. Apple has been changing the crash log format pretty frequently and I've had trouble differentiating crash logs from other types of log files. If you wanted to e-mail one of those to me, I can try to improve things in the next version.

I might suspect you are trying to install something where the app performing the installation must have full disk access...

see >System Settings> Privacy & Security> Full Disk Access

I would add the Terminal.app and compare your results.
