Screen time

I don’t remember my screen time passcode and I don’t remember the Apple ID I used. And when I press forgot Apple ID it doesn’t work please help me fix it I can’t use any websites besides apple stuff

what can i do if i forgot my screen time passcode? I can not access my apple ID in the settings app on my iPhone. It is greyed out. I am not able to make account changes since it is asking me to enter my screen time passcode and do not recall what I had set it to.
