It appears that everything is correctly set up so I can make NFC tap-to-pay payments with my Apple Watch Series 8. I can do so with my iPhone but not my watch. When I double-click the crown it does not bring up a credit card. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Double-click the "Side" button instead of the crown.
