Lady lost her iphone

I’m at church and an elderly lady lost her phone, I called it but someone turned it off. She doesn’t know her Apple ID

This is all she can do: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

If she forgot her Apple ID, start here for that: https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid

Let's assume that an honest person found the phone. Check the Lost and Found at the church office and/or post notices on the bulletin board.
