Is it true that charging the watch over night will burn out the battery quickly? Also, that the battery can’t be replaced?

No. Not true at all. You cannot overcharge your watch battery and charging it at night while you sleep won't burn out the battery.

It is true that Apple does not replace batteries in Apple Watch. When you get to the point you need battery service, Apple takes your watch and for a fee, gives you a like new refurbished Apple Watch of the same model and color.

Hello,

Apple Watch automatically regulates the way it charges itself, so there is no need to worry about leaving it plugged in overnight. All batteries chemically abe overtime, so your Apple Watch will slowly loose capacity overtime. Learn more here: Apple Watch Battery and Performance - Apple Support.
